Shinobi Refle is a spin-off title featuring Asuka, Yumi, Murasaki, Ryōna, and Yomi. This game continues the storyline from Crimson Girls and features two new characters named Kagura and Naraku, The game also allows the player to control two characters at once. The fourth title in the Senran Kagura series, released on August 7th, 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS.
Along with tweaked gameplay mechanics, the games includes both the original story and the expansion, which amounts to nearly twice the content. Showing the girls' breasts in 3D was a selling point, as was the exhilarating, polished, side-scrolling action that initially earned the series so many fans.
